Can I return an item?

Exchanges or returns can be made within 14 days from the date the order is delivered.
It is possible to return an item for a refund or exchange, but you must notify the seller of your intention to return or exchange your order no later than 14 days after receiving it.
Returns of items such as underwear are not accepted due to personal hygiene reasons

What are the shipping times?
Delivery within Poland usually takes from 1 to 2 business days after your order is confirmed. Once your package is shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number.

How to care for the product?
Our products can be machine washed at a temperature of up to 30 degrees Celsius.
It is recommended to use a gentle or delicate washing cycle without bleach.
After washing, please dry the items naturally by hanging them or laying them flat, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
This method helps to maintain the shape and quality of the fabric for a longer time.
